About Arjun Tyagi

CS Arjun Tyagi, the Founder of Shree Mahesh Jankalyan Foundation, is a seasoned professional with a strong academic and legal background. A graduate in Commerce (B.Com – 2007), he went on to complete his post-graduation (M.Com – 2010), followed by a degree in Law (LLB – 2011). His commitment to corporate governance and legal excellence led him to become a qualified Company Secretary (CS) in 2015.
With a vision to simplify and professionalize compliance services for businesses of all sizes, he established Value Pro Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. Since then, the company has been offering expert solutions in company law, corporate compliance, legal advisory, secretarial audit, ROC filings, and more.
